I offer 1-1 coaching to help you develop and integrate the insights of meditation, to help you live a happier, more intentional, and more peaceful life.

You may be totally new to meditation and want tailored guidance to help you develop the key skills and practice. You may be a more experienced meditator, who wants to integrate these skills and insights into the rest of your life. You may have had spiritual experiences you found challenging, and want some help/guidance to integrate this into your life.

My approach involves working with you 1-1 over video call, as well as offering ad hoc advice over whatsapp and email in between.
